Dear Peter

Welcome to the third edition of Mentors Letter!  I was introduced to meditation many years ago by two very important women in my life - my wife and my mother in law. Since then, meditation has become an important daily ritual for myself and for my family, as much a part of our life as brushing teeth or sleeping. I have personally witnessed the invaluable benefits of an ongoing meditation practice, have seen my own life become infused with a deep sense of meaning. I look forward to waking up every morning knowing that no matter what is occurring around me, I can go into the stillness and immerse myself in a deep well of peace.
